Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Best Mac Cleaner application ("the App") and the website at bestmaccleaner.app, provided by Jesus Sanchez ("we", "us"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

When you purchase Best Mac Cleaner, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to install and use the App on Macs that you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. Your license includes access to future updates at no additional cost.

2. Free trial

The App includes a 30-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial ends, a valid license is required to continue using the cleaning, uninstall, and large-file removal features. Scanning remains available.

3. Purchase and payment

The App is offered for a one-time price of US $39. Purchases are sold and processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent licensing, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your responsibility & backups

Best Mac Cleaner removes files by moving them to the macOS Trash, from which they can be restored until you empty it. Even so, you are responsible for reviewing what you remove and for maintaining your own backups. Always confirm items before cleaning.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. We may suspend a license obtained through fraud or in violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in California.
