If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No complicated conditions — just let us know.

How to request a refund

Email hello@bestmaccleaner.app with the email address you used at checkout and your order or receipt number. We will process your request promptly.

Purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which issues the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. You may continue to use the free features and the trial as applicable.
