This Privacy Policy explains how Best Mac Cleaner ("we", "us"), operated by Jesus Sanchez, handles information in connection with the Best Mac Cleaner application and the website at bestmaccleaner.app.
The app runs entirely on your Mac
Best Mac Cleaner performs all scanning and cleaning locally on your device. It does not collect, transmit, upload, or store your files, file contents, or the results of any scan. Nothing you clean or scan ever leaves your Mac. The app requires no account and includes no advertising or in-app tracking.
Items you remove are moved to the macOS Trash so you can restore them; they are never sent anywhere.
The website
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic (such as page views and general location). This may set cookies. This data is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser or use tracker-blocking tools.
Purchases
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. When you buy a license, Paddle collects the billing and payment information needed to process the transaction under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
To deliver your license key and provide support, we receive and use your name and email address associated with the purchase.
How we use the limited information we receive
- To send you your license key and order-related messages.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To keep records of licenses we have issued.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (your name and email) by emailing us. We will honor applicable data-protection rights.

Best Mac Cleaner is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
